At first, it works.
The product is good. Word gets around. Revenue climbs on its own and you assume this is simply what growth feels like.
Zerro is a business solutions practice. I diagnose the structural problem holding a business back, write the words that carry it, and build the website that houses them.
I have watched this sequence run in businesses that look nothing alike. The industry changes. The shape of it does not.
The product is good. Word gets around. Revenue climbs on its own and you assume this is simply what growth feels like.
Nothing dramatic breaks. The line just flattens. Same effort, same team, same hours, and a number that will not move.
More ads. A new offer. A rebrand. Each one moves the number for a week, then the flat line returns.
The problem was never volume. Something inside the system is blocked, and everything you poured in was piling up behind it.
Why you cannot see it
The blockage always looks like the way things have always worked.
Most consultants stop at advice. I can also write the copy and build the site, so the fix does not need three vendors, two handovers and a month of explaining the business again.
A page, a script, a pitch, an email. It was written, but it is not converting. I find out why, then rewrite it until it does. This is the work I am strongest at, because the intent is already on the page and the job is finding the two or three places where the reader was lost.
The offer is strong and the sentence carrying it is not. This is the part I am fastest at: ads and sales pages, posts written in your voice and published under your name, scripts for video, and long research pieces that took the time to be right.
Most outreach fails before the first message is sent, because it goes to the wrong person, at the wrong company, with no context. I build targeted, research-backed lead lists: the right companies, the right decision makers, verified contact details, and a reason they would actually respond. Your team stops guessing and starts talking to people who fit.
Delivered as a clean, ready to use list. No guesswork, no cold database dumps.
Work enters the business and gets stuck somewhere before it becomes money. I trace the whole chain, offer to funnel to delivery to retention, and name the link that is failing, with the evidence for it.
Sometimes the blockage is the website itself: slow, unclear, or simply not built yet. I design and build the site as part of fixing the business, not as a separate project handed to somebody who has to learn it from scratch.
No retainer that quietly runs forever. No deck of options handed back for you to choose between.
Your numbers, your funnel, your delivery, your words, your site. Not what the reports say is happening. What is.
One written diagnosis in plain language: the problem, the evidence for it, and what it is costing you.
The same person who found it does the work. The copy, the system or the site, whichever one it turned out to be, and I stay on it until the change holds.
Every engagement runs on the same four, whether it is an audit, a set of sales pages or a complete website.
What is being delivered, and what it costs, is agreed in writing before anything starts. No work begins on a conversation.
A fixed number for the agreed scope, not an hourly meter and not a retainer that renews while nobody is looking.
The person who answers your email is the person doing the work. Your brief is never relayed through somebody who was not in the conversation.
Numbers, documents and anything else you share stay between us, and are not used as examples anywhere. An NDA on request is fine.
Direct access is the offer, not a document and a goodbye.
Work is not handed over here. Whoever diagnoses the problem writes the copy or builds the site, so nothing is lost between the document and the delivery, and you never have to brief the work in from scratch a second time.
Engagements are taken on in limited numbers, so each one gets read properly. It also means I will tell you early if your problem is not one I can fix, instead of stretching a scope to fit.
